Délice de Bourgogne - Délice de Bourgogne, also known as Delice cheese, is a French cow's milk cheese from the Burgundy region of France. The cheese is rich and creamy due to the cheese-making process where crème fraîche in this case is added twice to the milk during the making of the cheese, creating an incredibly rich, full flavour cheese with a melt in the mouth texture.

Fourme D’Ambert - This creamy, dense and subtle cheese is full of delightful savoury, sharp, smooth and tangy flavours. It is known as “the connoisseurs blue” for it’s unique mildness and balanced flavour. This cheese remains to this day the benchmark for a mild blue cheese. It comes with beautiful earthy undertones that couple with the sweeter creamy flavours that linger on the palate.

Comté -Comté -  Created in the beautiful Jura Massif region of Eastern France, where lush countryside meets with picturesque towns and medieval villages. The region is cushioned between the wooded and rolling Jura mountain range on the south, and the low range of Vosges mountains on the north. This hard mountain cheese is matured in the silence and darkness of special caves, which is where the cheese gets its unique taste, texture and colour. It is dense, open and smooth – basically everything you want in a hard cheese, coming with beautiful fruity, nutty, salty, savoury, smokey and sweet flavours. The aftertaste is slightly more bitter, insanely moreish and really well rounded.
